Welcome to Westchester

Located in Brandon, FL, the Westchester Apartment Community is situated about 10 miles east of Tampa, near Florida's Gulf Coast and easily accessible from Interstates I-4 and I-75. Brandon has grown by leaps and bounds and today could well be considered a major urban area, with an ongoing influx of new public schools, corporate centers and industries. Located within minutes of downtown Tampa, Brandon combines small town living with easy access to the big city. There is plenty to do within Brandon itself, but even more when including the beaches and attractions nearby. Brandon is home to Westfield Shoppingtown, a 900,000+ square-foot shopping facility and the Tampa area's premier shopping destination. One of Brandon's most notable annual events is the Brandon Balloon Classic. Held every April, the two-day celebration features over 50 hot air balloons from all over the country. The Tampa area, only minutes away, has many popular attractions, including but not limited to: Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island Water Park, Florida Aquarium, Museum of Science and Industry, and several other art and history museums around town. For sports fans, Tampa is home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), Tampa Bay Devil Rays (MLB), Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL), and Tampa Bay Storm (AFL) with spring training centers for the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers nearby. Westchester Apartment Community offers outstanding amenities like a spacious clubhouse with a large swimming pool, business center, laundry facility, fitness center and an activity center for the kids. Nestled throughout the community, you'll discover commercial grade playground equipment, beach volleyball and basketball courts, and nature preserve areas for picnics and relaxation. Our apartment homes are well-maintained and cared for by our 24-hour maintenance team.
